Report A Violation

Knollwood Lakes HOA takes homeowner violations seriously. If what’s taking place is a on-off occurrence– like a neighbor is having a picnic on the 4th of July and there are cars parked out front of his home, we recommend that you extend grace to your neighbor instead of reporting them. If, however, the violation is egregious, or is chronic, please use this form to report the violation and our management company will investigate and take the necessary action. Thank you for being a valuable member of our community. Your name is not required in order to report an offending neighbor.
