Maintenance Requests
Knollwood Lakes has an architectural committee which reviews all exterior upgrades and/or significant maintenance that is performed on the outside of a home. This includes painting, roofing, additions to landscaping, and removal of trees. Once submitted, the committee will review your request and give you permission to proceed with the work on your home. Thank you for taking good care of your home and for making Knollwood Lakes a great community in which to live.
Maintenance Request Form
Use this maintenance request form when you want to make changes or updates to your home. Feel free to upload any supporting documentation using the file upload, like paint swatches, plans, or similar. The board will respond to you with approval or denial of your request based on the architectural standards of the community as set forth in the covenants.
Procedure: Download this form, fill it out completely (including adjacent homeowner approvals), and upload it to the Maintenance Request Form below. Complete the Maintenance Request Form and Submit.
