Set on a beautiful fishable lake, the amenities of Knollwood Lakes help to make this a wonderful community in which to raise a family. These amenities are family friendly and provide excellent opportunities to meet and engage your neighbors. They are described below:
Clubhouse
The Knollwood Lakes clubhouse is used for KWL community meetings and may be rented for use by KWL residents and invited guests. The upper level has a complete kitchen, bath rooms and a large meeting room with tables, chairs and TV. Attached to the upper level is a spacious deck which overlooks the pool. The bottom level of the clubhouse has tables, chairs, and a kitchenette. Both levels can be rented separately.
Pool & Splash Pad
The newly renovated community pool is situated adjacent and behind the clubhouse. Water depth ranges from 3 feet at the shallow end to 6 feet at the deep end. A kiddy pool area and splash mushroom provide added fun for small children. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is manned by a paid lifeguard staff.
Tennis Courts
Knollwood Lakes maintains four recently resurfaced regulation size tennis courts located behind the clubhouse. These lighted courts are available to KWL residents on a signup basis. KWL boasts an award winning tennis team. Team membership is available to all interested community residents.
Playground
Pleasantly situated between the pool and the tennis courts is the community playground where parents can rest on a bench and enjoy watching their small children at play.
Pavilion with BBQs
Located between the tennis courts and the lake is the community pavilion. The pavilion has electrical outlets, overhead fans and picnic tables. It may be scheduled free of charge by KWL residents.
